There is bottom-fishing cash flow in bank stocks, securities, and real estate

 

Liquidity recovered even though the market was on fire, showing signs of bottom-fishing cash flow.


The chain of red days of Vietnamese stocks extended to the week of May 9-13 and was even worse than the previous weeks. VN-Index last week recorded a decrease of more than 11% to 1,182.7 points, HNX-Index decreased by nearly 12% to 302.4 points.


However, liquidity improved compared to the previous week. Trading volume on HOSE increased by 16% to over 626.4 million units/session. Transaction value increased by 8% to more than 16.8 trillion VND/session. The HNX also recorded a 16% increase in volume to 81 million units/session, 2.4% increase in value to over 1.6 trillion dong/session.

The market's continuous deep decline may have triggered the bottom-fishing cash flow. However, this cash flow is still quite conservative, so it is not enough to hold back the market's uptrend.


In terms of industry groups, last week's bottom-fishing cash flow tended to focus on banking, securities, construction and real estate groups.



A series of banking stocks entered the group with strong liquidity on HOSE. EIB (HM:EIB), VIB (HM:VIB), OCB, SHB (HM:SHB) liquidity increased from 90% to nearly 140% compared to last week.


On the HNX, the securities group was very favored. SHS (HN:SHS), MBS (HN:MBS), BVS (HN:BVS), APS were among the most liquid gainers on this floor last week.


On both exchanges, the real estate and construction groups attracted cash flow. VNE, PHC, S99 (HN:S99), VC7, DTD of construction team and DXS, AGG (HM:AGG), IJC (HM:IJC), FIR, HDC (HM:HDC), TIG, NRC (HN: NRC), PV2, CEO of real estate group are the representatives to attract money.


Meanwhile, cash flow showed a tendency to withdraw from many stocks of Louis and FLC (HM:FLC). TGG (HM:TGG), VKC, BII, LDP and ROS (HM:ROS), KLF, ART were present in the top of liquidity reduction on 2 listed exchanges.
